 | At Dell | ASAP Software, we want each experience you have with our sales professionals to be one of extreme customer satisfaction. That’s why we have a special training program in place for the individuals who will eventually manage your account on a daily basis, and with whom you will be in touch by phone constantly.
Our Sales Associate training program accepts high-energy, highly motivated sales professionals. They spend their first two weeks with Dell | ASAP Software in ASAP University classroom training sessions, as do all Dell | ASAP Software associates, learning the basics of the PC software, and volume licensing business. Then the fun begins!
Sales Associates work side by side with Dell | ASAP Software Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives in order to learn how to handle customer inquiries and licensing requests. Meanwhile, they are working through their training path i.e. sales development classes, covering such subjects as telephone etiquette, the Dell | ASAP Software ordering system, and how to research products for customers. As they gradually become adept at account management, they provide backup for our Account Managers in their absence.
Once they have proven they have the necessary customer care skill set, the Sales Associate is ready to manage their own account when a territory becomes available. They’ve demonstrated a commitment to extreme customer satisfaction – something you expect from Dell | ASAP Software. |  |
